Chia Seed Pudding



  • 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (strawberries, raspberries or blackberries also work)
  • shredded coconut (optional)
  • maple syrup or honey (optional)


  • add almond milk and chia seeds in a container that seals
  • mix chia seeds and almond and
    place in the refridgerator over night
  • in the morning add blueberries, shredded coconut and maple syrup (or honey)
